Every plan includes

Google Drive delivery, a private inbox, custom form fields, your own logo, website embedding and sending files with expiring links.

File limits

Up to 250 MB per file. Up to 20 files and 1 GB per submission, within your remaining plan allowance. Business includes one owner account.

How data is counted

Uploads and Google Drive imports use your new-file allowance. Deliveries to Google Drive and every download use your outgoing allowance. Owner downloads and repeated downloads count too. Your Google Drive storage is separate.

Clear limits, no surprise bills

Allowance is reserved before transfers start, so interrupted transfers can consume reserved allowance. When an allowance is used up, new work pauses until renewal or upgrade. A processing safeguard may pause unusually expensive activity before the data limit is reached. Contact support if this happens.

Temporary copies

Incoming copies are removed at the next cleanup after 24 hours following confirmed delivery. Undelivered files remain for up to 30 days. Unfinished incoming uploads expire after 24 hours. Outgoing copies remain until link expiry or revocation.

1 GB = 1,000 MB (1,000,000,000 bytes). Files retained in your Google Drive use your own Google storage allowance. Deleted temporary copies remain in protected recovery storage for seven days.
